A product will be eligible for warranty service if:

- The model name, serial number, and purchase date on the warranty card match the order information.
- The product is defective due to manufacturer faults.
- The product retains its original manufacturer seal, which must be intact and undamaged.
- The product does not belong to the non-warranty cases listed below.
III.II. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:
Warranty service will be denied if:
- The product lacks the manufacturer’s seal at the first repair.
- The product is damaged due to natural disasters, fire, floods, lightning, insects, animal infestation, improper storage in dusty, humid, or high-temperature environments, mold, rust, corrosion, or oxidation...

IV. Warranty Service Timeframe:
a. Customer service hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, except on public holidays and Tet.
b. Repair time:
- ACE Home Center collaborates with the Manufacturer’s Warranty Centers to carry out repairs within 7 to 14 business days.
- In some cases, delays may occur due to the time required for sourcing and transporting parts. The Warranty Center will inform customers of appropriate solutions accordingly.
