b. During the warranty period and under normal use, the Product will be warranted according to the Manufacturer's specifications. The product warranty period is calculated starting from the delivery date shown on the order. Warranty terms are specified as follows:
b.1. Warranty conditions:
- Products still in warranty period at the time requested by the customer
- Model name, serial number of the products, and the time of purchase indicated on the warranty card match with the purchase information.
- Defective products due to manufacturer's fault.
- Products must have the Manufacturer seal intact without being torn/broken.
- Products not in the group of warranty disclaimer.
b.2. Disclaimer of warranty according to the Manufacturer:
- Products do not have the manufacturer's seal stamp when repairing for the first time.
- Products damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, insects, animals, placed in dusty, wet weather and high temperature, moldy, rust, corrosion, oxidation...
- Products damaged due to incorrect voltage specified.
- Customers cause defects such as deformations, cracks, scratches ...
- Products installed, maintained, and used in contravention of the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Warranty period
a. Service time is from 10:00 am to 09:00 pm from Monday to Sunday, except National and International Holidays
b. Repair time:
- ACE Home Center coordinates with the Warranty Center to perform repairs in the period from 07 to 10 working days.
- In some cases of delay due to the time of importing and shipping components, the Warranty Center will notify customers of appropriate solutions.
